  1. Body wash and washcloths go hand-in-hand: Using a washcloth can help you in the best way possible to get a good lather. Also, it can scrub away dead skin cells. If you have acne you can try the body wash for back acne instead.
  2. Great for moisturizing: Bar soaps are well-known for drying out skin, whereas a body wash is much better for moisturizing skin because many of them contain lotions and oils.
  3. That doesn’t mean you should skip moisturizer: It’s true that many body washes contain moisturizers, but most of them are not enough to prevent or treat dry skin on their own. If you have a dry skin, apply moisturizer within three minutes as soon as you get out of a shower.
  4. Skip the lather: Stay away from a wash that lathers are a pro tip if you are worried about the dry skin. It is clear that if there is no foam, more of your natural oils are left behind, and your skin won’t dry out quickly.
  5. Do not put it on your face: Body wash means it is meant for the body only. You should not apply it on your face as it may cause dryness and clogging of pores.
  6. Body wash is a girl’s best friend: A women’s skin is generally more sensitive than a men’s skin, so they can benefit most from moisturizing body washes.
  7. A little goes a long way: Taking out too much of body wash is a very common thing, so be careful when you do so. Less is enough, because if you use too much of the product it may feel sticky or greasy if you don’t wash it off properly.
  8. Water temperature matters: When you clean your body, it would be better if warm water is applied. Then, allow a blast of cold water to hit your body for the closing of pores.
  9. It is more hygienic than bar soap: Bar soaps because shared between people is not that hygienic. It is often left under the showers that collect bacteria. So for the germaphobes out there, a body wash is all you need to have.
  10. But it doesn’t get you cleaner: There is no doubt in it that body wash is cleaner than bar soaps but it won’t actually get you cleaner.
